Return and exchange policy
RETURNS
1. The Client has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which they received the Goods or on which the Goods were handed over to a third party indicated by the Client, other than the carrier.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must inform the Store of their decision by sending a statement to studiobobbinpl@gmail.com. Upon receipt of such statement the Store will immediately confirm its receipt.
3. Goods intended for return should be sent to the following address: Joanna Frydel-Solarska Studio Bobbin, ul. Kresowa 9a 43-400 Cieszyn, with the note "RETURN", no later than 14 days from the date the Store is informed of the withdrawal from the contract.
4. The Client is responsible for the cost of returning purchased Goods.
5. The Store does not accept cash on delivery returns.
6. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Store will refund all payments received, including shipping costs, to the Client within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods.
7. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Client, unless the Client agrees to a different solution.
8. The Client is responsible for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from their use beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics or performance.
9. The Client has no right to withdraw from the contract in the case of contracts for goods made to individual order or meeting the Client's individual needs.
COMPLAINTS
1. If the product has defects resulting in non-conformity with the contract, the customer has a right to file the complaint.
2. Complaints should be submitted by email to studiobobbinpl@gmail.com, Please provide as much detailed information as possible regarding the product in question, including the type and date of the defect and your contact information. This information will significantly facilitate and expedite the complaint handling process.
3. After receiving confirmation of receipt, the Client should return the Goods to: Joanna Frydel-Solarska Studio Bobbin, ul. Kresowa 9a, 43-400 Cieszyn, with the note "COMPLAINT".
4. The Seller does not accept cash on delivery shipments as part of a complaint.
5.The Client will be informed of the decision regarding the complaint within 14 days of the Store's receipt of Goods in question.
6. If defects are found, the Client has the right to the following claims (pursuant to Articles 556 and 561 of the Civil Code):
a) withdrawal of the contract or reduction of the product price,
b) replacement of the product with a defect-free one or removal of the defect.
7. If the complaint is rejected, the Goods will be returned to the Client with a written justification for the rejection.
