Shipping

1. Goods are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Poland to the address provided by the customer in the order form. 

 

2. If prepayment is selected as the payment method, order processing begins after the payment (including any shipping costs) is credited to the Store's bank account. If cash on delivery is selected, order processing begins after the conclusion of the sales contract in accordance with § 3 section 5.  

 

3. Orders are processed only on business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. The processing time indicated for a given product is counted from the moment the payment is credited or the conclusion of the sales contract (in the case of cash on delivery).

 

4. The delivery time includes the order processing time, which depends on, among other things, the time of payment (usually up to 2 business days)  and the estimated delivery time. 

 

5. Products are delivered to the address specified by the Client within Poland via InPost or the InPost Parcel Locker service - depending on the chosen delivery method. 

 

6. Shipping costs are indicated during the order process and available on the Store's website.

 

7. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. 

 

8. The Client is obligated to inspect the shipment upon receipt. If any damage or shortages occur during transport, the Client should take the necessary steps to determine the  carrier's liability.
