The administrator of the personal data left by the Client is Joanna Frydel-Solarska running a business under the name Joanna Frydel-Solarska Studio Bobbin with its registered office in Cieszyn 43-400, Kresowa 9a, NIP 5481327905, REGON 541848843, registered in the Central Register and Information on the Economic Activity (CEIDG). Personal data are processed by the Administrator in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/WE (GDPR).
Providing personal data by a Client is voluntary. Client has full right to access their data at any time, correct their data or demand to stop processing their data. Personal data are processed for the purpose of order fulfilment and to perform marketing tasks, like subscription the the newsletter.
Collected personal data are secured against access by unauthorised third parties.
2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA – PURPOSE, SCOPE, PERIOD AND GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING
The Administrator may process personal data in the Store for the following purposes, periods and in the following scope:
a. Order fulfilment
Scope of processed data:
-first name and surname;
-e-mail address;
-contact telephone number;
-delivery address (street, house number, flat number, post code, city, country),
-residential address/business address (if different from the delivery address).
– for companies: company name and tax identification number
The collected data will be stored for no longer than two years from the date of the last order, which results from the legitimate interest of the Administrator in accordance with separate legal provisions - in particular those regarding guarantees and warranties.
Data required to fulfill the order are also used to fulfill Administrator's legal obligations, such as maintaining accounting records. For this purpose the data will be retained for a period of five years.
Legal basis for processing: article 6 (1)(b) of the GDPR.
b. Newsletter Subscription
The scope of data processed includes email address. The data is stored until the data subject withdraws the consent to further processing for this purpose.
The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1)(a) of the GDPR (consent of data subject).
The Administrator places great importance on protecting the rights of data subjects and insures that the data:

are processed in accordance with the applicable law,

collected only for clearly defined and lawful purposes,

are not used in a manner incompatible with those purposes,

are stored in a form that permits personal identification only for a period necessary to achieve the processing purpose.
3. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Clients' personal data may be transferred to the following recipients:
– transport companies/carriers – if the Client selects delivery by post or courier in the Store, the Administrator transfers its personal data to the selected transport company, forwarder or intermediary carrying out shipments on behalf of the Administrator, only to extent necessary to deliver the ordered product.
– electronic payment and payment card operators - if the Client uses online or card payments in the Store, personal data are made available to the selected payment service provider acting on behalf of the Administrator, only to the extent necessary to complete the transaction.
– accounting service providers - the Administrator may make the Client's personal data available to the selected service provider providing accounting services on his/her behalf, only in the case and to the extent necessary to achieve a specific purpose of data processing, in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy.
4. COOKIES POLICY
The Administrator uses cookies, which are small text files stored on the User's end device (such as computer, tablet or smartphone). Detailed information about cookies can be found at: http://wszystkoociasteczkach.pl/po-co-sa-ciasteczka/. Cookies can be read by the Administrator's IT system.
Cookies are stored on the User's device and the Administrator then accesses the data contained therein for statistical analysis, marketing activities (including remarketing) and to ensure the proper functioning of the Store.
The Administrator informs that it is possible to configure the web browser to block the storage of cookies on the User's device. However, please note that this may affect the User experience and limit site functionality.
The User can also delete previously saved cookies using browser features, dedicated applications or operating system tools.
