RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at StudioBobbin. However, if for any reason a product doesn't meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving your order , without giving a reason.
To make a return:
- Complete the returns form (available for download [here] or attached to the shipment).
- Pack the product – make sure it is intact, with tags and in its original packaging.
- Send the package to our address: StudioBobbin ul. Kresowa 9a 43-400 Cieszyn
The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer. Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will issue a refund to your account within a maximum of 14 days.

We want your order to arrive quickly, safely and beautifully packaged. We pack every product with care—just as we would want to receive it ourselves.
Delivery time:
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. For custom-made products, the processing time is listed in the product description.

- InPost parcel lockers – 1–2 business days

- from PLN 12.90 – depending on the chosen shipping method
- Free delivery for orders over PLN 300
